What Is a Virtual Job Fair?

We call them job fairs, but there are no booths to fill! Our “job fairs” are a way to manage full employer needs at once, so that we recruit a varied set of skilled candidates that will fill multiple openings. This exclusive recruitment method saves your hiring team valuable time and helps you reach the very best talent FAST!

How Does The Job Fair Work?

After you register for the job fair, we get to work on finding the candidates you need! During the job fair window (usually a couple of weeks), we gather resumes from qualified candidates. When the job fair closes, we send your hiring team a resume book of interested candidates that meet your requested qualifications. From there, your hiring team can select candidates for follow ups and interviews, and we’ll help you with scheduling and any other logistics!

Do You Also Offer Traditional Staffing for Individual Positions?

Yes! Because we are always working with candidates in various positions and company tiers, from entry-level to EVP, we can work with your hiring team to recruit the exact candidate you need for hard-to-fill positions.

Do You Have Staffing Fees?

Yes, we assess a staffing fee when a candidate is hired. Staffing fees are flexible and based on a number of factors, including the type of position, length of contract, etc. We also offer discounted fees for employers who hire multiple candidates.
