Data Center Virtual Job Fairs

Connect with Qualified Candidates for Numerous Positions in One Easy Step

NOW OPEN! September 2025 Job Fairs

Staff All of Your Open Positions with top-tier candidates, in one easy step

San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Diego, Atlanta, Northern Virginia, and Southern & Mid Virginia

We keep it simple. Here’s how our virtual job fairs work:

  1. Register and select the job fair location of your choice. Job fairs are classified by location in order for our recruiters to source local candidates.

  2. Provide our team with any marketing information you’d like us to share with candidates (ie, company career development or training programs, benefits, upcoming opportunities at new data centers, and what makes you unique).

  3. We collect resumes; to collect the best resumes, our team will work alongside our parters at Universities, colleges, and specialty data certification schools, plus directly with our database of qualified candidates actively working in the data center industry.

  4. Once the job fair closes, we’ll send you resumes (approx 2-3 weeks). Resumes cover multiple jobs (Technicians, Engineers, Software Engineers, etc) and qualifiers including college degrees and data center certifications.

  5. Review all resumes or ask us to prescreen them and we’ll send a tailored, prescreened resume book.

  6. Interview and hire at your discretion.

Our team is always here to help with follow-up questions, interview scheduling, or any other questions! Have questions before registering? Email our SVP of Talent Acquisition, Katherine VanSchoon, at katherine@staffing-innovation.com.
